Whenever I hear people say that blues is so boring and sentimental, I never tire of emphasizing just how wrong they are. And here, everyone could certainly have seen for themselves exactly what I mean. The band manages to play each of the songs in their own unique style…

…So it’s no wonder that Blind Dog Mayer himself can’t stop grinning every now and then as he glances over at his bandmates. It’s the same grin that bassist Michael Jung wears constantly on his lips when he closes his eyes and is completely in his element. You can also see the joy on drummer Marco's face when you catch a glimpse of him behind his swirling drum set. Blind Dog Mayer then spices up various songs in the set with his harmonica, which adds that certain something. He, too, plays with a great deal of feeling… <<
